Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

 

How to Return

An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days from the point you received the order.

Return Exceptions

Items with Custom Embroidery or Custom Screen Printing are NOT returnable or refundable. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size and color before submitting your order. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the product you ordered does not match the proof that was approved, TIS Screen Printing will either fix, credit or re-order the screen print job.

Refund

If your order is wrong because of an error on our end because of the design, TIS Screen Printing will replace undesirable garments if and only if inspection of the order is properly assessed. If they’re wrong because of an error on your end, we do not offer a refund or credit.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If the final product you ordered does not match the proof that was approved, TIS Screen Printing will either fix, credit or re-order the screen print job.

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, you are responsible for whatever work or inventory we’ve put into your job up to that point. You are also responsible for a 5% cancellation fee, which is five percent of your total order.
