How will I attain a quote?
Since we deal directly with the customer we prefer for you to give us a call, if by all means you can’t reach us please leave us an email.
Where and how should I place an order?
Once we have confirmed with the prices and are ready to launch the job, we ask a 50% deposit in advance for the initial part of the project and 50% upon completion. Credit cards are acceptable or you have the option in paying cash in person.
How will I receive my order if by emergency I will not be able to pick it up?
In the state of Florida delivery is free, for anywhere outside of Florida comes with a small fee of shipping and handling which depends on size, freight, and location by UPS carrier.
What about the Artwork? What if I am not good with design?
The highest resolution you can send to us is 300DPI (dots per inch) for resolution, or vectored artwork, saved either as Adobe Illustrator files (*.ai, *.eps), Corel Draw files (*.CDR), or PDF format. All artwork must be print formatted (CMYK) and using the Pantone Solid Coated color palette. We offer graphic design services but it is a separate charge, so we suggest you send us the artwork, so we can both concur on the design to start the projects without any problems.
How many days or weeks in advance should I place my order? How long will it take?
We definitely recommend for our jobs in a timely manner, depending on how much shirts are being ordered it would take normally 5-7 business days, for more than one color or special inks there is a longer process.
What brand of clothing do you recommend for the screen printing?
